Closing your account
Email support@famlo.co and ask for your account to be deleted.
That is the whole process on your side. There is no delete button in your settings — closing an account is handled by support, on request.
Write from the email address on the account if you can. If you cannot, name that address in the message, so it is clear which account to close.
How long it takes
Famlo's published policy is 30 to 45 days from your request.
Your account is not gone the moment you send the email. If you would rather stop using it in the meantime, simply stop signing in.
Settle these first
Deletion does not cancel things for you, so tidy up before you write.
- Paid memberships. Cancel them yourself on Your memberships, so nothing bills while your request is being handled.
- The 7-day window. If you are within seven days of your first dues payment on a membership, cancelling refunds that payment in full. The rules are on Your memberships.
- Upcoming bookings. Cancel any you want refunded before you write. What comes back, and when, is on Payments and refunds.
- An organization you run. A listing is closed separately from your personal account — see Closing your listing.
Getting a copy of your data
Famlo has no self-service export. There is no button in your settings that downloads your account.
If you want a copy of something before your account is deleted, ask support@famlo.co — the same address, and worth raising in the same email rather than after the fact.
