Getting started as a new family
Create your account, add your family, and register for your first activity.
What's free and what's paid
Famlo is free for families, always. Organizations pay only when they collect card payments, and the fee is capped at $15 per enrollment.
Finding activities
Browse activities on the map, narrow them with the Filters panel, and page through results to find classes, camps and field trips near your family.
Finding and joining organizations
Find co-ops, micro-schools, tutors and venues on Famlo, understand how each one is listed and how it lets people in, and join the ones you want.
Registering and checking out
Reserve a place, choose who is coming, and pay.
Payments and refunds
How you are charged, how refunds work, and managing your cards.
Your memberships
Membership dues, changing your card, and leaving an organization.
Your family profile
Add children and adults, and record allergies, medications, and pickup.
Your calendar
See everything your family has booked in Week or List view, filter it by child or organization, and subscribe to it from Apple, Google or Outlook.
Saved activities and alerts
Save activities with the heart, join the waitlist for a full activity, and set alerts that tell you when new activities are published near you.
Messages
One inbox for every organization you deal with — ask questions, read announcements, react, search old threads, and archive what you are finished with.
Scholarships
An organization can award your family scholarship money in advance. It comes off automatically when you book, and it behaves differently on a refund.
