Welcome to Famlo
Famlo connects families with the co-ops, classes, field trips, and meetups near them — and gives the people running those a place to organize them.
Which half of the help center you want depends on which side you are on. Most people only ever need one.
If you are a family
Famlo is free for you, always. You pay the price an organizer sets, and nothing else, to anyone.
- Find activities near you — search by what your children are interested in, their ages, and whether it meets in person or online
- Register in one place — one family profile covers every signup, so you are not typing the same allergy information into a fifth form
- Keep track of it all — everything you have booked in one calendar, which you can subscribe to from the calendar app you already use
- Talk to organizers — one inbox for every conversation, with the activity right beside it
Start here: Getting started as a new family, then What's free and what's paid if you want the money question answered before anything else.
If you run an organization
A co-op, a class, a tutoring practice, a library programme, a microschool — all of it works the same way. Listing is free, and you pay only when you collect a card payment.
- Get found — your listing appears on the map to families searching nearby
- Schedule activities — one-off or repeating, with tickets, capacity, and who can see them
- Run the day — rosters, attendance, and a record of who dropped a child off and who collected them
- Handle the money — card checkout through your own payment account, dues billed on a schedule, and scholarship funds that carry no fee at all

If something here is wrong
Every page has a Was this page helpful? control at the bottom. Answering No opens a box where you can say what you were actually looking for, and that is what decides which pages get fixed first.
For anything about your own account, open a support ticket instead — that reaches a person.
